Speaker-Jim Hunt

Assistant Governor Sheila Longie introduced our speaker, Rotary District 5960 Governor Jim Hunt, White Bear Lake Rotary Club. Jim spoke about “Values and Service.” Service Above Self, 5 core values of Rotary and the 4-way test.

In keeping with the 2016-17 theme of Rotary Serving Humanity, he encouraged members to work together and partner with others on “hands on projects” within our community and shared how many people in our community believe in the same things that we believe in and are considered “Rotarians at Heart.”

Lastly, he shared that “We are this close” and PolioPlus continues to be the # 1 strategic goal with Rotary International and Membership is the #1 Organizational goal.
