David shared the 2020 Economic Development report for the City of Lakeville with our members.

David, shared  that since Covid-19 started that over $1 million dollars in grants have been awarded to Lakeville businesses and nonprofits services within the community.
 
Development:  City awarded over $442,292,572 in building permits in 2020 which surpassed the previous record by $140,000.00.  Business development is expanding with the top permit values being:

Metropolitan Airport Commission has approved the leasing of new hangers.  New hangers are being constructed for the first time in over 20 years with commitments already received for 12 hangers.
