Classification Talk-Justin Miller

Justin Miller gave his classification talk today. Justin is the City Planner for the City of Lakeville and he and his wife, Diane, (Assistant City Planner for Eagan) live in Eagan and have four daughters, Karen, Julianne, Elizabeth, and Theresa.

Justin has served as Mendota Heights city administrator and as city administrator in Falcon Heights. He has also been a Rotarian with both Mendota Heights and Roseville Rotary Clubs.
