Dear Citywide Blood Drive Donors,
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generous contribution. Your decision to donate blood is a true act of kindness that profoundly impacts the lives of so many. Each pint of blood you give is a lifeline for patients in critical need, providing hope and a chance for recovery.
Your selflessness in donating, whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, makes a tremendous difference. And, speaking of firsts, we had 70 first-time donors come out this week!
We understand that donating blood is not always easy or convenient, and we deeply appreciate your effort and compassion. Your contribution is more than just blood—it’s the gift of life. Thank you for being a hero. Because of you, we set another record for the largest blood drive in the state of Minnesota by collecting 377 units of blood and saving up to 1,100 lives.
We also want to give a special shout-out to the local businesses who donated prizes to the raffle drawing and to our community partners: Culver's, B-52 Burgers and Brew Lakeville, Christian Brothers Automotive, Pahl's Market, Delmar Company, Wag N' Wash Lakeville, MN, Bubble Barn Car Wash, Dakota Electric Association, The Better Half, Lakeville Area Schools, Lakeville Rotary Club - Lakeville, MN, Lakeville Area Arts Center, Lakeville's Pan-O-Prog, City of Lakeville, Minnesota - Police Department, Lakeville Liquors, Memorial Blood Centers.
