A dynamic communicator with a background in music and performance, Jacob brings energy and authenticity to his work developing young leaders through Scouting. In his role supporting the Venturing program, he helps create impactful experiences like Urban Adventure and multi-day leadership events that challenge youth to grow, collaborate, and serve. With a passion for connection and a talent for storytelling, Jacob will share how Scouting is shaping the next generation—and how community partners like Rotary can play a role in that journey.
